About Satsang

The word “Satsang” means “community”. Satsang is a community-based studio offering yoga, meditation, kirtan and dharma talks gleaned from both the Hindu and Buddhist traditions.  Our role is to be of service to students by creating a safe, sacred and supportive environment for the study of yoga and to facilitate each student’s own inquiry, exploration and discovery as part of their journey toward self-realization. Our deepest desire is to foster human connection, to find what unites us rather than divides us and through our practices here at the studio, to strengthen that bond.
