Welcome to

Satsang

At Satsang Yoga, our name reflects our mission—Satsang means community in Sanskrit. Rooted in the traditions of both Hinduism and Buddhism, our community-based studio offers yoga classes, meditation, kirtan, and dharma talks that support deep personal growth and spiritual exploration.

We are here to be of service—to provide a safe, sacred, and inclusive space where students can explore the path of yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our intention is to support your personal inquiry, self-discovery, and journey toward self-realization.

At the heart of our studio is a desire to cultivate authentic human connection. Through mindful movement, stillness, and shared practice, we seek to strengthen what unites us—creating a vibrant and supportive yoga community in the heart of Providence.

"YOGA IS A PRACTICE FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE LEADING ORDINARY LIVES WHO WISH TO TAKE UP THE EXTRAORDINARY CHALLENGE OF AWAKENING TO THEIR TRUE NATURE."
