Slow Flow is a gentle vinyasa that emphasizes mindful movement, intentional breath, and proper alignment. Move through poses at a relaxed pace, with time to explore each shape and cultivate greater flexibility, strength, and self awareness.
Advanced Practice will incorporate challenging sequences along with arm balances, inversions, and advanced postures. Modifications will be offered to serve different student levels.
Block Party! is a high energy class, modeled after a vinyasa sequence. It enlists yoga blocks and body weight movements to build strength. Choreographed to upbeat playlists, this class will elevate the cardiovascular system, build endurance, and encourage mental focus, as a complement to your traditional yoga practice.

This Mat Pilates class infuses classical Pilates technique with contemporary variations to cultivate strength, stability, and concentration for students of all levels. Through a series of low-impact, breath-driven exercises, you’ll learn to activate your deep core in ways that promote sustainable movement both on and off the mat.
Yin utilizes passive stretching to apply moderate stress to the body's connective tissues. Benefits of this practice include increased joint mobility, rehydration of the connective tissues, and restoring Qi flow throughout the body. Students have the option to receive hands-on assists.
