Yoga Fundamentals offers an opportunity to learn all the basics of yoga in a slower paced, form & alignment based class focused on explaining the asanas in detail.

Vinyasa Flow classes are a unique blend of different styles and traditions.  Focusing on safe form & alignment, each class offers different physical, philosophical and spiritual components leading toward an experience that goes well beyond the mat.

Advanced Practice will incorporate challenging sequences along with arm balances, inversions and advanced postures.  Modifications will be offered to serve different student levels.

Yin Yoga utilizes passive stretching to apply moderate stress to the body's connective tissues.  Benefits of this practice include increased joint mobility, rehydration of the connective tissues, and restoring Qi flow throughout the body.  Students have the option to receive hands-on assists.

This Mat-Based Pilates class infuses classical Pilates technique with contemporary variations to cultivate strength, stability, and concentration for students of all levels. Through a series of low-impact, breath-driven exercises, you’ll learn to activate your deep core in ways that promote sustainable movement both on and off the mat.
